We are now seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Administrator / IT Support Coordinator to provide ongoing support to the Operations Manager and Company President to ensure all aspects of the Australian business are attended to efficiently at all times.
The successful candidate will work closely with all key internal stakeholders within the business to develop, implement and enhance operating procedures and infrastructure. You will play a vital role to ensure the company continues to improve operations and manage a continuous rate of growth.
You will possess a proven understanding of IT as you will be the first point of contact for any day to day technical issues which arise. This may often require liaising with IT consultants who are both locally and abroad and/or working closely with our USA IT management team.
Intermediate to advanced level of Excel is a must! You will be analysing data to pull together sales reports and project future activity along with extracting other information regarding costing/ pricing to enhance margins and profitability of current stock, markdowns and deleted stock as required
