The stunning heritage building of 39 Main Street Mornington is home to CASA De PLAYA.

Our delicious food, cosy spaces, a distinctive design aesthetic and funky sounds makes CASA de PLAYA the new ‘go-to’ venue on the Mornington Peninsula.

As ever, the music is loud, the mood is upbeat and the food spectacular reflecting our Head Chefs’ passion for delicious, creative food with a distinct Spanish flare.

Catering for up to 350 people, CASA de PLAYA provides a magnificent range of dining, drinking and event spaces; from the alfresco outlook of the Main Street footpath to an awe-inspiring light filled glass atrium space on the first floor streaming sunlit bay views.

We are now seeking a highly motivated individual to drive growth by identifying new revenue streams and other business opportunities.

The individual we seek:

  • Must have a proven successful record in a similar outbound sales capacity – preferably with significant events/function experience
  • Highly organized and self motivated
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Show exceptional attention to detail
  • Be well presented with excellent communication skills
  • Have advanced computer and IT skills
  • Be an enthusiastic team player who is determined to succeed

This role will provide a generous base salary plus incentives.
