About the businessA vibrant, energetic, highly customer focused small company manufacturing and installing security doors and window fly screens, including shower screens and wardrobe doors.
About the role

The role requires calling on private homes on a lead /appointment based system ( no cold calling).Measuring for new security doors and screens to suit customer requirements colour, design and type. The right candidate will be the face of the business so good product knowledge, presentability and a passion for selling and getting the quote converted to a sale is a must.

Benefits and perks

Working hours are  9 – 5.30  five days a week-Saturday mornings are included. There is some flexibility in the number of leads given during the day.

A COMMISSION only based job, with a bonus structure based on targets met.

Fuel allowance and car service and Superannuation, included – however own vehicle is a must.

Realistic sales targets are given, based on company growth over previous year.

Skills and experience

High degree of measuring required within 1-2 mm on any given measure.The ability to adapt designs for doors to suit the various homes. A customer friendly approach and be empathetic to customer requirements.The ability to “close the deal” without a pressure sale. Creativity in designing an outdoor enclosure for security doors and fly screens.Some experience is required but we will offer on the job training.
