Two new innovative positions have been created to improve the face to face after hours crisis response delivered to victim survivors of family violence.
In March 2016 the Royal Commission into Family Violence released its report detailing 227 recommendations to improve responses to family violence, including the provision of support after hours when the majority of family violence incidents occur.

Our Safety & Resilience services are delivered across Victoria and New South Wales and include integrated family and youth services, a range of family violence response services, counselling and case management for children, young people, women and families and support for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness (including refuge accommodation for women and children who have experienced family violence).
