We are currently seeking a passionate and highly experiencedSenior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join the team at a high volume pub on the Mornington Peninsula that offer their guests a lot more than your average pub food.
As the Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will work well within the team to ensure the smooth running of this high volume kitchen. You will work closely with the senior chefs with menu development and staff training while receiving mentoring and coaching from a group of industry leaders.
