As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will generate new business within the Commercial Banking market from your existing client portfolio, whilst attracting new customers through developing a strong referral network and executing cross sell strategies. Through superior relationship management, and a thorough understanding of your clients businesses, you will grow your portfolio including growing revenue, deposits and share of wallet. Retention will be the focus for the first 12 months in this exciting role,
We seek an experienced Commercial banker with a minimum 5-6 years’ experience in a relationship management role within Commercial banking. You will have excellent credit/ risk assessment skills gained through relevant banking experience , strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with an ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with stakeholders at all levels, as well as high-level computer literacy (Excel, Word etc.). You will also have proven ability in having open and robust discussions, being able to constructively challenge the status quo and encouraging others to do so.
