Mornington Toyota is a family owned and operated dealership that has built a strong and loyal customer base with a reputation as a credible, knowledgeable and reliable brand.

We are looking for an energetic team player that is focused on the “Guest Experience”.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to guest contact and requests regarding service bookings, quotations and general service enquiries.

  • Flow through the progress of vehicles in the workshop and ensure that deadlines and guest requirements are fulfilled.
  • Prepare customer invoices, cost out Repair Orders and ensure vehicles are ready on time.
  • Handover vehicles to guest’s, presenting invoices and handling payments.
  • Toyota Experience preferred.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, sound time management and organisational skills combined with strong guest focus. Experience in a retail service department operation along with immaculate presentation is essential. Highly developed customer handling skills using tact and diplomacy will be critical to success in this role.
