Applications are invited for a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Service Desk Officer position in our busy Information Technology Department.  Please view both position descriptions in the employment section of our website  www.basscoasthealth.org.au

You will require:

  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office product suite
  • Demonstrated experience working within an ITIL based service delivery environment
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a team under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach with a strong customer focus
  • A valid Police Check
