This newly created role has responsibility for providing cohesive high level facilities and site management to ensure the efficient running of the 3 GSANZ Sites on the Mornington Peninsula.

We require an experienced Site Coordinator who has experience managing a small team whilst successfully exercising both independent and collaborative initiative and judgment over day-to-day operations, whilst taking accountability to ensure adherence to organisational procedures and standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in operational management of facilities and other resources
  • Ability to manage stakeholders with highly developed influencing skills
  • Strong orientation to achieving service delivery focused solutions
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, positive and practical attitude
  • Experience in a not for profit environment would be an advantage
  • Current drivers licence
