We are looking for a Sous Chef with a great personality and a commitment to great food. You will need to have the ability to think on your feet and keep motivated while rallying your team around you. The venue is renowned in the area and you will strive to continue to build the brand through your food.
You are a qualified Sous Chef with at least 3 years’ experience in a quality casual dining venue or gastro pub. You will be a professional, enthusiastic and organised team leader that thrives on attention to detail and multitasking. You strong focus on admin and operations will be an asset and you will be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. Additionally you will have an easy going personality and be well presented and possess a strong understanding of HACCP and WH&S and possess the ability to apply this to your day-to-day working environment.
A current Police Clearance may be required for this role
