Job Description

Looking for a change or a step up? Two Buoys Dromana is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sous-Chef. 

We are an award-winning wine, cocktail and tapas bar and restaurant situated seaside on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a well-established, iconic seaside venue seating approximately 140. With direct views over the bay, we are very busy over the summer season and have a steady loyal local customer base in the off seasons.

While our Tapas is predominantly our style of food, we are looking to expand our offer. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Head Chef and independently on quieter days.

This is a full-time role which will include weekend and public holiday hours. Renumeration package will be negotiated depending on experience.
