The Role:

This restaurant is the latest offering for the Mornington Peninsulaand is bound to create a buzz! We are now looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef who is keen to make a name for themselves and wants to work with some of the best that the industry has to offer. Creating a fresh and authentic Latin American experience, this venue will be a destination dining experience on the Mornington Peninsula.

About You:

To apply for the role of Sous Chef you should be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Passionate about fresh produce and an understanding of current food trends and cooking techniques
  • The confidence to be able to assist the Head Chef with kitchen operations
  • Great at training and supporting junior staff members
  • Ambitious and career driven
