The Company

The Role

We are seeking hard working, inspirational and motivational Managers to lead, coach and develop in store teams. This is an extremely physical role, you will require a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be working alongside your team to ensure the delivery of strong store results, maintaining store standards, managing labour and waste costs.

Duties

  • Inventory controls,stock receipt, minimise waste
  • Stock replenishment
  • Controlling labour costs
  • Coach, train, mentor and develop your team
  • Customer service
  • Ensure OHS and other operational procedures are followed

Skills & Experience

You will have 3 – 5 years’ experience leading large teams within fast paced, big box, retail or hospitality environments. You will have demonstrated consistent success in hitting target and KPIs. You have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels and well developed interpersonal skills. You are experienced in performance management of your team and able to  develop, coach and train your team effectively. You are results driven and thrive in a fast paced, highly structured, process driven environment.
