Task And Responsibilities:

  1. Completes and post staff work schedules.
  2. Recruits, rewards and terminate staff as needed.
  3. Responsible for inventory and money control system.
  4. Responsible for local store marketing initiatives
  5. Plans special events and promotions.
  6. Maintains business records.

PREREQUISITES

Education: Diploma/ Degree in business Management preferred.

Experience & Skills: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant or fast food environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Physical: Must be able to work any area of restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized point of sale system. Position requires bending, standing and walking the entire work day.
