About the Role:
This position is to deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction, using solution based selling to ensure our customers’ needs are met. Product knowledge and an ability to demystify technology for our customers is critical in achieving customer satisfaction. Mentoring our customers, appointment management and recommending solutions for customers means you will become the local “Tech Guru”. Working to support each other the team strives to exceed individual and store targets.
The key skills and attributes that are required to fulfil this role are:
Experience required to successfully fulfil the requirements of this role include a proven record working in a technical IT or telco customer advisory role. A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience on a telecommunications retail floor or similar sales environment.
