The Bays Healthcare Group is located on the Mornington Peninsula. We have served our community for nearly 80 years and have a reputation for excellence in the provision of quality healthcare. We are a progressive, community-owned and not for profit organisation which operates The Bays Hospital in Mornington, and The Bays Aged Care and dialysis unit – both in Hastings.
We are currently recruiting a Theatre and Bookings Administrator. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with experience in a busy theatre complex.

If you have previous experience in administration in a busy theatre complex, enjoy working with a team and are passionate about customer service and building great working relationships we’d love to hear from you.
You will also need attention to detail and time management skills. A medical terminology qualification and solid computer skills are also key attributes for candidates.
This position is available on a permanent part time basis, four days per week.
