Reporting to the Regional Manager, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as the Village and Sales Manager of Koorootang Court.  Comprising of 89 independent living units and 33 serviced apartments, Koorootang Court is situated near the beautiful Dava Beach and Mount Martha’s mix of cafes and shops.

As the Village and Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, creating a positive, safe and people focussed culture, delivering performance and creating the best villages and lifestyle solutions for our residents and their families. Key responsibilities include; implementing operational plans including the maintenance program; managing day-to-day operations across the Village and managing the sales process and meeting/exceeding assigned sales targets.

The successful candidate will demonstrate solid experience within a similar role, ideally within the Senior Living sector or hospitality.  Your strong people management skills, commercial aptitude, application of EHS requirements, along with your ability to work on competing priorities, will see you succeed in this role.  Strong commercial acumen with outstanding communication, problem solving and negotiation skills will see you succeed in this role. You demonstrate a passion for the industry and a customer service approach that sees you operate with a high level of integrity at all times.
