The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Workshop Manager to oversee and lead our Seaford and Rosebud sites.  Reporting directly to the Fleet Operations Manager this role is directly responsible functions related to servicing, operation, maintenance and repair of our Fleet.

More specifically:

Ensure Ventura’s bus fleet is maintained to the highest possible standard
Plan, document and implement all workshop procedures
Coordinate, manage and direct personnel and resources to ensure compliance and optimal performance
Manage expenditure including labour
Manage all equipment maintenance
Implement OH&S objectives

What are we looking for?

Trade qualification in Technical discipline or Tertiary qualification (preferred)
Experience in managing multiple site workshop/facilities
Excellent planning and organising skills
Process driven individual with a strong desire for continuous improvement and consistent practices
Strong labour management skills
Excellent knowledge of best practice heavy vehicle maintenance
Strong OH&S knowledge base
Current HR Drivers Licence
