Mornington Peninsula Jobs is owned and operated by ACE Trading Bots, trading as The Trustee for ACE TRADING BOTS UNIT TRUST (Fixed Unit Trust), ABN 77 162 672 050. The corporate trustee is ACE TRADING BOTS PTY LTD, ACN 683 935 391.

That entity is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, and it is the entity you deal with when you exercise any of the rights set out below.

If you apply for a job, we collect the name, email address, phone number and any message or attachment you submit, and we pass it to the employer who posted that role.

If you subscribe to job alerts, we collect your email address and, optionally, the suburb and category you are interested in.

If you post a job, we collect your business name, contact email and the content of the listing.

We collect basic analytics — pages viewed, referrer, approximate region — to understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not require an account to browse or apply for jobs.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not send daily email. Job alerts are weekly, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe that removes you from the database rather than flagging you as inactive.

Applications go to the employer who posted the role. That employer becomes responsible for the information once we pass it on.

We use third-party processors to run the site: Supabase (database hosting), Railway (application hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, CDN and bot protection, which means it handles your IP address and request metadata in transit), Stripe (payments for boosted listings) and Resend (email delivery). Each holds data only for as long as needed to provide that service.

Some of these providers process or store data outside Australia. Where that happens we rely on the provider's own contractual protections, and we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We disclose information where the law requires it.

Applications are retained for twelve months, then deleted.

Subscriber email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Expired job listings remain visible for search purposes but are marked as closed.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your information.

We use functional cookies to keep the site working and privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling.
