Terms of Use
What you agree to when you use Mornington Peninsula Jobs — as a jobseeker, as an employer, or as an automated client.
Who operates this site
Mornington Peninsula Jobs is owned and operated by ACE Trading Bots, trading as The Trustee for ACE TRADING BOTS UNIT TRUST (Fixed Unit Trust), ABN 77 162 672 050.
The corporate trustee of the trust is ACE TRADING BOTS PTY LTD, ACN 683 935 391.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity. Written notice may be sent to PO BOX 1380, ST KILDA SOUTH VIC 3182, or to PO BOX 2027, MORNINGTON VIC 3931 for anything customer-related.
Using the site
Mornington Peninsula Jobs is free to browse and free to apply through. You do not need an account.
You agree not to scrape the site at scale, resell the listings, or use it to send unsolicited commercial email to employers or applicants.
Automated access is available through our API rather than by scraping. Contact us for a key.
Posting a job
You may post a role only if you are authorised to recruit for it. Listings must describe a real, currently available position.
No listing may require an upfront payment from an applicant, promise unrealistic earnings, or discriminate on a ground protected under Australian law.
We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including after payment. If we remove a paid boost for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we refund it.
Paid boosts
Boost and Boost Pro are visibility upgrades on a listing, not a guarantee of applicants. They run for the period stated at checkout and expire automatically.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Accuracy of listings
Listings are supplied by employers or imported from approved sources. We check what we reasonably can, but we do not verify every claim in every ad.
Do your own due diligence before accepting a role, handing over documents, or paying anyone anything. If a listing looks wrong, tell us and we will look at it.
Liability
Mornington Peninsula Jobs connects jobseekers and employers. We are not a party to any employment relationship, and we are not liable for what happens between you and an employer.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this URL, and material changes will be noted on the page.
Contact
These terms are a plain-English baseline and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have them checked before relying on them commercially.
