We are the first dedicated craft rum distillery in Victoria. We are on a mission to show Australia what rum can be with our crafted distinctive and delicious rums. We think rum has been misunderstood for far too long and we want to share how diverse, unique, and exciting rum can be. We have a working distillery, cocktail bar and restaurant in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula, serving our range of craft cane spirits, rums and local wines and beers.
