Looking for a whizz Office Manager to help organise our team, tech and the flow of communication to our clients.
Ideally you’ll be reasonably local to Hastings, available to work in the office or a mix of in the office and at home part of the week, friendly, organised, happy to work school hours.
Some of the things you’ll do are:
- Enter new clients into our Customer Relations Management System (basic training can be given in the system, but an aptitude to use computers for emails and experience in databases or word processing is needed)
- Post the occasional photo or video on Social Media
- Help maintain the computer system by doing software updates
- Making sure printers are working well and are well stocked so there is no down time for printing
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails and booking appointments for designers to see new prospective clients
- Making sure the prospective clients provide all the information we need to have the best conversation with them
- Help set up online course materials (soon to be released and you just need aptitude to learn Kajabi program)
- Call clients for google reviews
- General help with marketing & promotion
- Help with OHS and also facilitate training of staff
On the job training will be given, but a basic aptitude in computing and administration is a must.
