*Weekend Supervisor*
We are on the hunt for a needle in a haystack

Someone who WANTS to work weekends in hospitality and have the responsibility to go along with it.
We require a weekend supervisor to help add strength and consistency to our busy weekend trade.
Your skill set will include.

· Being able to lead a small team from the front – this is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to help with all aspects of day-to-day operations, which includes getting in the sink and doing the dishes, replenishing stock, running food & clearing tables.
We lead by example

· Coffee making/adjusting grinds/dose
· Ordering & Managing Stock
· Money handling – End of Day cash up procedures
· Maintain record logs.

· Staff training on food safety, coffee & operational procedures – the ability to teach a smooth effortless flow of service.

· Excellent communication skills between staff, kitchen, customer’s and management

· Take an active interest and attribute to business growth.

· Ability to solve problems quickly and while under pressure.

· Use of Square POS an advantage.

Rostered hours are between 6am – 3.30pm on Saturday & Sunday with the hours increasing as business demands.

You will be required to open & close the store, place orders, cash up, manage & teach staff.

*St Andrews Beach location – own transport required – limited public transport available.

– Must be available over the Christmas/ Summer period
